2#  Rendering with Index Buffers - 3D application using OpenGL 4.0 and C++

After the first step which was OpenGL and FreeGlut initialization, now I render a simple rectangle using an index buffer. Instead of sending 6 vertex coordinates to OpenGL, we just send 4 vertices and 6 indices.
